Spalding Mill is a community of 102 detached single-family homes located near Norcross, Georgia in Peachtree Corners. Our neighborhood was established in 1999 and built by D.R. Horton, a nationally recognized homebuilder. Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts.

We are an active member of the United Peachtree Corners Civic Association.
