As you can imagine, having a great pool of volunteers in various committees helps to have a great neighborhood! We are currently looking for volunteers to either Chair or be a member of the following committees:

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROLS COMMITTEE (ACC)
This committee is to ensure that our community maintains the look and feel of the neighborhood as outlined by our protective covenants and will also be directly involved in the approval process of any improvements made to the exterior of our homes. The ACC is important because it ensures that homeowners maintain their home exteriors uniformly so the neighborhood will appreciate accordingly.

LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE
This committee will oversee landscaping projects we take on in the common areas and evaluating yard of the month homes in the neighborhood.

SOCIAL/WELCOMING COMMITTEE
This committee will help organize social events we will host such as block parties and preparing welcome gifts to our new neighbors.

RECREATION COMMITTEE
This committee will be involved in making sure our pool management company is properly maintaining our pool equipment. In addition members will help coordinate and organize community sport activities such as ALTA tennis leagues.
