2008 EVENT SCHEDULE

Saturday, March 22, 2008 10 AM — Easter Egg Hunt: Join your fellow Spalding Mill residents at the annual Easter Egg Hunt. This year's event features a special visit by the Easter Bunny and plenty of candy eggs for the kids. This is a great opportunity to meet and see your fellow neighbors.

Saturday, April 12, 2008 8 AM - 2 PM — Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale: The board will advertise the sale in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Gwinnett Daily Post and also post signs at the entrance to our neighborhood so please make plans to participate.

Saturday, April 26, 2008 9 AM — Spring Cleanup Day: Get down and dirty with the board as we perform various maintenance duties around the pool and common areas along the neighborhood perimeter.

Saturday, June 7, 2008 — First Pool Party: Join the rest of your fellow residents for the first official pool party of 2008. This is always a great event to visit with your neighbors and meet new ones.

Saturday, July 5th, 2008 — July 4th Bash: Another great opportunity to hang out by the pool with your fellow neighbors as we celebrate America’s declaration of independence from the British. Be sure to stay after dark for the fireworks exhibition performed by the unofficial Spalding Mill fireworks committee.

Saturday, August 30, 2008 — Second Pool Party: Don’t miss this last opportunity to enjoy the pool before it closes for the fall.

Monday, September 15, 2008 — Annual Homeowners Meeting: Be sure to attend this annual gathering of homeowners and the board to learn more about happenings within the neighborhood. This is also a great chance to bring up any concerns or issues that you may have for open discussion with the board and your fellow residents. If necessary, elections will be conducted to fill any open positions on the board.

Friday, October 31, 2008 @ 6 PM — Halloween Parade & Festivities: The last major event of 2007 is always one of the best! The Halloween Parade of Costumes is a big hit with the kids and a costume contest is a favorite. Trick-or-treating will begin after the parade.

Perimeter Fence Inspection - The HOA board will be inspecting the fence around the perimeter of our neighborhood to assess areas that need maintenance. Please be advised that if your property is adjacent to this fence, you may see us in or near your property on this morning. Please contact us if you have any concerns or would like to point out areas of the perimeter fence that need improvement.
