As Vice President I have responsibility for our operating budget and treasury accounts.  Listed below is the HOA Operating Budget for 2005 in comparison with the 2004 operating budget.  HOA Dues Notices were sent to homeowners during December 2004.  It is important that all residents submit prompt payment of their homeowner’s dues in order to ensure continued service from our vendors that help make Spalding Mill a beautiful place to live.

Too busy to work

on your lawn this year ?

The ACC will be identifying recommended lawn care providers who will grant a neighborhood discount to residents wishing to use their services for lawn and landscape maintenance.
