Spalding Mill's last event of the year, our Halloween parade and party is always a big hit. The parade begins at 6PM, at the bend in Bridge Mill Court, and makes it's way through the neighborhood to the pool parking lot. A party at the tennis court follows, with a costume contest. Trick or treating commences immediately after the party.
