You've
settled into your new home, and now it's finally time to relax,
right??
OK,
maybe not just yet. Many of us want to change or remodel certain
aspects of our property, which is a wonderful way to create the
personal living space that allows us to feel most comfortable. In
order to comply with our neighborhood covenants, we must however,
have these changes approved by the Architectural Controls Committee
(ACC).
If
you are planning on making significant exterior changes to the home
or property, please
give Jerry O'Meara, Property Manager at Heritage Property Management
a call. He will send you all the details to proceed with the changes
in compliance with our covenants. Jerry can be reached at
770-200-8274 or jomeara@heritageproperty.com.
The process
is simple. Here is a quick review of the details:
Step 1
Print and fill out this form. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view this form and can be downloaded for free at Adobe.com. Send the completed form to
Jerry O'Meara at our property management
company, Heritage Property Management, documenting the details of
the changes/improvements you would like to make to the exterior
of your home (this includes all sides of your home). Mail or fax the form to Heritage.
Step
2
Heritage Property Management reviews the changes, (paint colors,
fence type, etc.) and forwards all the documentation to the ACC
for review.
Step
3
The ACC reviews the changes and will approve them if they adhere
to the covenants. The ACC has 30 days to review the details and
approve or deny the request. Upon the review judgment, the ACC
will send all documentation back to Heritage Property Management.
Step 4
Heritage Property Management will contact you to give you the results
of the Board's decision.
